We serve dinner seven nights a week, Monday through Saturday from 6 p.m. to 11.00 p.m., and on Sunday from 6 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. When do you serve lunch? Lunch is served on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 12 noon until 2.00pm.  At lunch we offer a selection from the A la Carte menu with some special lunch additions, and a seven course tasting menu for $75.00 (wine pairing $55.00). What time does the kitchen close? At 11.30 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 10.30 p.m. on Sunday. Does the chef offer tasting menus? Yes, there is a $125.00 nine course tasting menu. A wine pairing is available for an additional $75.00. Are there vegetarian dishes? There is an appetizer and an entree offered each evening. Dress code? Casual. What is your corkage fee? We have a wonderful wine list and a full bar, but should you choose to bring your own wines corkage is $40.00 per bottle. Do you have gift certificates? Available in any denomination. This is the first time he has owned his own restaurant (with his partners Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Phil Suarez). He was hired by his father, Dewey, and a number of other partners at 71 Clinton Fresh Food. What is the pastry chef's name? Alex Stupak. Who is the sous chef? Kevin Heston. Where can customers park? Parking can usually be found on-street in the neighborhood. If you require a parking lot the nearest one is on Essex Street between Rivington and Delancey on the West side of the street. It is open 24-hours. What about large parties? The largest party we can accommodate is seven people. We do offer private dining in our wine cellar where we can seat fourteen people. It is also possible to rent the whole dining room for parties of up to 65 people. It is also possible to make exceptions on less busy nights for parties larger than seven. When do you get cancellations? Cancellations frequently occur for the evening from between 5 and 6 p.m. You can always call the night you wish to dine and the host will let you know if there are any last minute cancellations. What is the wait time for walk-ins? You can always call ahead on the evening you wish to dine and speak with our host, who will let you know how busy we are. We have two walk-in tables in the bar area and a counter. We also encourage people to dine at the bar where we serve the full menu. What credit cards do you accept? All major credit cards. (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diner's Club, Discover) Wheelchair access and disabled bathroom? Yes. The dining room and entrance are all on one level and we have a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Unfortunately, our private dining room is not handicap accessible.
