Wines are selected not only for their desirability in terms of taste and value, but also for their compatibility with the menu. We have a full bar offering aperitifs, cocktails (our bar team, Kevin Denton and Jafrul Shahain, pride themselves on cocktails both new and traditional), and a particularly interesting selection of sake, sherry, gin and rum.
