Instructions

- Pulse the ingredients until they form a coarse mixture, scraping down the sides of the processor bowl to ensure even blending.
- With the processor running, gradually stream in cold water (59 milliliters or 2 fluid ounces) to create a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Add freshly chopped basil and rosemary leaves to the mixture, processing for an additional 15-20 seconds to incorporate the herbs evenly.
- Pause the processor and taste the dip, adjusting seasoning with additional salt, black pepper, or lemon juice as needed to balance the flavors.
